AndelSoundApp is experimental and currently running as a test. Features may break, data may be reset or lost, and the service is provided strictly as-is. Do not rely on it for anything you cannot afford to lose.
1. Who operates AndelSoundApp
AndelSoundApp is operated by Shard Technology s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”). By creating an account or otherwise using AndelSoundApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Experimental, test-run service
AndelSoundApp is provided as an early, experimental product during an ongoing test run. It is supplied “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. The service may be unstable, incomplete, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice, and your data may be modified, reset, or deleted.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shard Technology s.r.o. is not liable in any way for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of AndelSoundApp. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and any loss of data, content, revenue, profits, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You use AndelSoundApp entirely at your own risk.
4. Changes
The Operator, the AndelSoundApp application, and these Terms & Conditions can and most likely will change. We may add, alter, suspend, or remove features, change who operates the service, and update these terms at any time. Continued use of AndelSoundApp after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and you may delete your account.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your own backups of anything important. You must not use AndelSoundApp for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
